Deon Jones Sr.

Mr. Jones brings over 25 years of experience in profit and loss management, sales, operations, and leadership. He began his career at Microsoft as an intern while attending Michigan State University, where he earned degrees in Engineering and Business.

After graduation, Mr. Jones joined a Microsoft subsidiary as Senior Manager of Business Development, where he successfully established multi-million-dollar contracts before transitioning into entrepreneurship.

He is a founder and former Chairman of 3X Energy, an oilfield services company, and Detiac, an engineering resource and project-based solutions firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Jones has led and managed projects ranging from $1 million to over $100 million across North and South America.
